The Philippine rainy season starts generally in the month of June yet, but this month of February 2017, some three months before the flood season, the Norwegian Mission Alliance Philippines (NMAP) and Buklod Tao entered into an agreement for the fabrication of fiber rescue boats for five flood-prone communities in Rizal province.
